Those shark pictures above are serious! That was from a shark-feeding dive
off Nassau. Those are Caribbean Black Tip Reef Sharks. Most were 8-9 feet
long, and there were at least a dozen in the water with us. My foot was
bleeding from the first dive (this was the second), I guess they were'nt
interested in me. They are amazing creatures, and you cannot imagine how
fast or powerful they are. They swam within touching distance of us several
times during that dive.
We like to take scuba-related vacations, and we've been to a number of destinations. I have a ton of digital images I'll post and link if I get ambitious. More to come... |
